SEZ EPRO8
Our school compete in the SEZ EPRO8 competition at Farm Cove Intermediate School.
Twelve teams battled it out for the top three positions to move on to the next round. The challenges this year were really detailed and complex but the students were up to the challenge. The pressure was on and thirty points separated the top six teams.
First place was decided but there was a four way tie for second place. This meant that four teams had to complete a tie break challenge and the top two teams would move forward to the next round. The students had three and a half minutes to build the tallest free standing tower.
It was very tense and exciting and we can proudly say that one of our teams managed to get through to the next round. Congratulations to Carlos T., Sheldon S., Archie G. and Seth D.
