Dr Murray Gadd visits Howick Intermediate

Murray Gadd is an independent literacy facilitator, teacher and researcher who works across New Zealand and worldwide with school leaders, teachers and research colleagues on a wide range of literacy-related topics.

We were very fortunate to have Dr Murray Gadd continue his Professional Learning workshops at Howick Intermediate.

He worked alongside our teachers and students. During his two-day visit, ‘Building Excitement, Motivation, and Achievement in Writing, the students watched Murray read and write from the book “The Treasure Box” by Margaret Wild and Freya Blackwood.
